22nd connecticut gay and lesbian film festival

Want to see some movies for free, contribute to your community and meet cool film buffs (which is not an oxymoron)? Then volunteer to work at Out Film CT’s 22nd annual Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, which takes place at Trinity College in Hartford from May 22 – May 30, 2009.

Volunteering is easy! You'll show up an hour before the first film starts and stay a half an hour after the show. Possible volunteer duties include handing out program books and audience award ballots, taking tickets, party set-up, and much more. (Duties will be assigned based on need.) In exchange, you will receive a complimentary ticket for another day’s program of your choice and experience that warm glow of doing something good.
